  1. It takes time and effort to diet. I've been there. And be ready with whatever result later on. After four months of diet, I noticed that there are changes in the abdominal area and I see something is different with my skin. I already have stretch marks. So I used Trilastin to somehow remove this because it's not goor for the eye.
